Two men in their early 20s fight for life and another two suffer life-changing injuries after being run over by car in hit-and-run in west London
- Four men in their early 20s were struck by a hit-and-run driver at 2.43am Sunday
- Two of the victims are currently battling life-threatening conditions in hospital
- The two others sustained injuries which have been assessed as life-changing
- Police have recovered the hit-and-run vehicle but the driver remains at large
Two men in their early 20s are fighting for their lives and two others suffered life-changing injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in west London.
Met Police responded to the Taunton Avenue, Hounslow around 2.43am on Sunday after receiving reports that a car collided with four pedestrians.
Officers said the driver of the car did not stop at the scene.
The four men, all aged in their early 20s, were taken to hospital where two remain in life-threatening conditions.
The other two sustained injuries which have been assessed as life-changing.

The vehicle involved in the crash, a Nissan Qashqai, was found by police in Hounslow a short time later. Police said urgent enquiries are ongoing to locate the driver.
Police cordons remain in place in and around Kingsley Road, Hounslow.
No arrests have been made at this time while enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing, led by detectives from the Met’s West Area CID.
Scotland Yard said the incident is not being treated as terrorism-related.
