Ben purchased the home in 2003 when he was still with Lopez, paying just over $7million.
The Oscar-winning star listed the property in 2019 for almost $9million, but there appears to have been no takers, and the huge estate in the coastal town of Riceboro, Georgia, just outside of Savannah, is now the perfect wedding venue.
TMZ report that the couple originally planned to marry at Ben’s 87 acre home back in 2002 and had everything in place leading up to the big day, including security.
The couple famously called off their original wedding though, just days before the ceremony, citing the circus surrounding the nupitals.

The property is about an hour’s drive from Savannah, and features several homes, including a 10,000 square foot, two story main house and a smaller, 6,000 sq. foot home, perfect for their celebrations.
People shared on Monday that the elopement is just the start of Jennifer and Ben’s wedding season.
Mr and Mrs Affleck ‘plan on having a bigger party so they can celebrate with family and friends,’ an insider revealed.
Fancy digs: The two-story mansion has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. He listed the property in 2019 for almost $9million, but there appears to have been no takers. Affleck purchased the home in 2003 when he was still with Lopez, paying just over $7million
The bonus house: There are also two other smaller properties on the grounds with additional bedrooms, providing plenty of room for guests

The couple’s children and Jennifer’s mother Guadalupe were the witnesses for their Vegas ceremony, but it’s thought the A-list pair will have a big guest list for their Georgia celebrations.
People did not name when or where Bennifer’s second wedding will take place, but TMZ report the event will take place in the next few ‘weeks.’
It was also claimed that Jennifer recently flew to the Georgia house to look it over and talk plans with her manager Benny Medina. Ben was also believe to be on site.

They seem to be taking a page from Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s wedding book.
That is what Kourtney and Travis did: they first wed in Las Vegas in April (though it was not official as they did not have a wedding license), then got their license at a courthouse in Santa Barbara in early May.
And they subsequently threw a spectacular wedding in Portofino, Italy with her famous family – including Kim, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie – in Italy in late May.
Jennifer, 52, and Ben, 49, did it slightly different as they did have their wedding license in place when they tied the knot in Vegas on Saturday. So she is officially Mrs Affleck.

And a splashy honeymoon is not in the cards just now.
‘They don’t have a honeymoon planned yet. Jennifer says that every day with Ben is a honeymoon,’ the source told the site.
‘Ever since they started dating again, Jennifer has truly believed that this is it. She is looking forward to growing old with Ben,’ added the insider.
‘She is very happy and content with Ben. She couldn’t ask for anything else. She thinks it’s all perfect.’
The couple were determined to have a ‘fun and casual’ wedding. They made a conscious decision to have a distinctly different wedding from what they had planned almost two decades earlier.
The insider explained to Us Weekly: ‘They both thought it was a fun and casual way to tie the knot.’

Jennifer and Ben rekindled their romance last year, after previously getting engaged in 2003.
And this time, the celebrity duo decided they didn’t ‘want to wait any longer’ before tying the knot.
The source shared: ‘They both are so comfortable with each other and make each other so happy, so they don’t want to wait any longer.’
Jennifer actually confirmed their Vegas wedding in her newsletter Sunday.
The chart-topping star also signed the letter using the name ‘Jennifer Lynn Affleck’.

The new rock: Her first engagement ring from Ben was pink and the new one is green
She wrote: ‘Last night we flew to Vegas, stood in line for a license with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world. We barely made it to the little white wedding chapel by midnight. They graciously stayed open late a few minutes, let us take pictures in a pink Cadillac convertible, evidently once used by the king himself (but if we wanted Elvis himself to show, that cost extra and he was in bed).’
Jennifer also revealed she wore a dress from an old movie, while Ben wore a jacket from his closet for the ceremony.
She said: ‘We read our own vows in the little chapel and gave one another the rings we’ll wear for the rest of our lives. In the end it was the best possible wedding we could have imagined.’
After meeting on the set of the film Gigli in 2002, Jen and Ben struck up a romance and took on the collective name ‘Bennifer,’ bestowed upon them by fans.
Following a proposal complete with a six-carat pink diamond ring, the twosome planned a lavish September 2003 wedding.
However, just days before the date the duo announced that they planned to postpone the event.

‘When we found ourselves seriously contemplating hiring three separate “decoy brides” at three different locations, we realized that something was awry,’ they said in a joint statement.
But months later they ended their romance completely, and married other people shortly thereafter.
