Amanda Holden boasts treatment to appear youthful could make her look 12

Amanda Holden explains her clothing difficulties

Amanda Holden, 52, gave an insight into her intense beauty regime as she showed herself receiving an Emface treatment that costs a whopping £600 per session at the clinic Derma_spa in Milton Keynes.

The presenter shared how the no-needles facial device gave her a nice “tickly feeling” and claimed it would make her look 12 years old if she carried on using it.

The spa claimed that “Emface works on toning the lifting muscles of the face whilst radio frequency energy tightens the skin at the same time”.

Amanda shared a clip of her wearing the device on her face with her two million Instagram followers and said: “Do you know it’s like the nicest sort of tickly feeling.

“It feels tickly here and here. And I actually think if I left it on all night I’d wake up like a 12-year-old,” she joked.

The spa went on to add that the treatment is only “20 minutes, pain-free and no downtime”.

A course of the pricey treatment, as recommended by the spa, would set a client back by £2,400.

Amanda is famously known for her youthful good looks that take plenty of maintenance, and in a conversation previously with Express.co.uk she shared her beauty secrets.

Amanda said: “I think with my skincare regime I try and change it every six months.

“So I’m using Barbara Stern at the moment because she’s just incredible.

“But I often change that to LMS or SkinCeuticals – it’s sort of every three to six months I’ll change because your skin does get used to products and I think all of those products need to change up every now and then,” she explained.

“I just think they do incredible – I mean I’m an absolute sucker for packaging, so the packaging there is beautiful, and the products are fantastic.

“The price point is amazing. That’s where I am for makeup.

“And then for hair, I’m an ambassador for Charles Worthington so I use their products,” she explained.

Aside from beauty products, Amanda also likes to eat everything in moderation and exercise regularly.

“I go running – I’ve recently got a personal trainer in because I just think maybe I can tone up a bit to the summer,” she commented.
