From the moment this scandal hit the internet, Bravo was ready to jump right in and get it on camera!
As you’ve probably heard by now, the Vanderpump Rules cast was rocked by some all too real drama last week when Ariana Madix broke up with Tom Sandoval — after finding out he’d been cheating with their co-star Raquel Leviss! That was bad enough, but the more we learned the worse it all got!
For instance, this wasn’t a one-time thing. Sources have said the two were basically having a full-on relationship behind Ariana’s back for months! Possible seven months to be exact. We even heard Sandoval was sleeping with Raquel IN THE HOUSE! WHILE ARIANA SLEPT! Savage.
So you can imagine how tough it was for Ariana to go back and film a confrontation scene for VPR after all this came out. But that’s exactly what happened! Cameras were ready to roll on the realest reality TV in years as the two exes were brought in for a post-breakup breakdown. The convo took place in the home they used to share in El Lay’s Valley Village — the same home where he and another woman were banging it out for months Not shockingly, it did NOT go well…
Production sources spilled to Page Six on Monday that Ariana left the convo feeling totally handled by the bar owner. As one source put it:
“Ariana walked away from the conversation feeling like she was gaslit by Tom.”
Whoa! Far from the apology he reserved for his business partners, all Tom gave the woman he’d been with for nine years was weak justification for going behind her back for months. The insider explained:
“He gave her several excuses as to why he never copped to cheating.”
They even revealed some of what he said! And y’all are not ready for this…
“Tom said he didn’t tell her about the affair with Raquel because he was worried about how it would impact her mental health, even claiming that he was especially concerned after her grandma died last year.”
Wow. Wow wow WOW! Not only did he say he was betraying her FOR HER OWN GOOD, he invoked her dead grandmother? No wonder she left feeling gaslit!
Another source says Tom cited the $2 million house they shared as a reason to keep her in the dark:
“The fact that they own a home together was also brought up, and how he thought that would make their breakup even more complicated.”
So instead he figured he could keep having an actual relationship behind her back, what, forever?? And that would be less messy than having to figure out who gets the keys?? Yeesh.
That source says Ariana was “perturbed” by the whole convo — and has since confided in pals Katie Maloney, Scheana Shay, Lala Kent, and Kristen Doute about the whole thing:
“ has recapped what happened with her friends and castmates, the majority of whom are disappointed Tom seems unable to take accountability for his actions or express substantial remorse. Of course, they’ve been rallying behind her in the passing days.”
