Strictly Come Dancing's Amy Dowden has shown off her new hairstyle for the first time, as she bravely documents her breast cancer battle.
The professional dancer provided an update to her fans as she revealed she's having another round of chemotherapy this week.
Amy shared a photo where she could be seen with a colourful scarf over her head, and you can see that her hair had been chopped as it now sits on her shoulders.
That was not the only change, as Amy's hair is now brown rather than her usual blonde colour.
Alongside the selfie, 33 year old Amy wrote: "Bloods are good and a great appointment with oncologist! Chemo tomorrow!
"Thanks for all checking in, and the best wishes."
Since Amy's diagnosis in May 2023, she has been keeping her fans up to date with her heartbreaking journey, showing the good times as well as the bad.
On Monday 11 September, she took to her Instagram story to talk about losing her hair and the third round of chemo.
She explained: "I think I cry less now. To begin with, it was every day, but now I have meltdowns when I wash my hair once a week.
"For the last two weeks now, I haven't brushed my hair, and that has definitely helped."
Before going on to add: "Since I came out of hospital with the blood clots, I stopped brushing it myself because I was just getting distraught seeing how much was falling out."
Amy also said that her husband, Ben Jones, has been brushing her hair as that means that she doesn't see how much comes out.
She told her followers: "I obviously am aware of it, but I'm not physically seeing or holding the hair that I'm losing, and that for me is helping me big time."
It comes after Amy joined her Strictly co-stars at the National Television Awards in London.
The BBC show walked away with the Best Talent Show gong, and Amy made her way onto the stage at the O2 alongside the cast of 2022.
2022 finalist Fleur East was on hand to accept the award, and in her speech, she took time out to give Amy a special mention.
She said: "It's extra special because we are joined by the fabulous Amy Dowden on stage, who looks absolutely incredible."
Before fellow co-star Tyler West added: "We love you, Amy, honestly."
Amy attended the awards in a stunning pink tulle dress, to which she added a special breast cancer awareness pin to.
