Just when you think that every ’00s trend has made a comeback, Bella Hadid finds another.
The supermodel attended a launch party for her non-alcoholic drink brand Kin Euphorics’ last night, celebrating with guests including with the brand’s co-founder and CEO Jen Batchelor, Lori Harvey, Law Roach, and the model’s father Mohamed Hadid. For the event at the Fleur Room in West Hollywood, the star turned to the once-beloved handkerchief dress, recognizable by its asymmetrical hem featuring a stripe detail.
Hadid’s halter gown combined the throwback trend with some modern touches, including a bustier at the torso and a tighter bodice at the top of the skirt, before it flowed into the classic handkerchief hemline. It also featured a bright pink hue under black-and-white floral decoration.
The model accessorized the look with strappy black sandals, large silver medallion earrings, an array of rings, and a rhinestone butterfly tattoo on her arm, while carrying a pink Kin Euphorics can that matched the dress. She also wore her hair in a high ponytail with curtain bangs, and sported rosy blush and a glossy lip.
Earlier this week, the street-style star was spotted in another retro look while out in NYC. Her mod spin on the classic wrap midi dress included elbow-length sleeves and a bold, geometric red-and-cream pattern. She completed the look with a pair of chocolate brown knee-high boots, her signature narrow oval sunglasses, a gold shoulder bag, and lots of jewelry, including pearl earrings from Missoma and stacks of bracelets.
