In the mood to vaguely spiral over a potential celeb couple reunion that truly no one saw coming? Cool, because Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk appear to maybe (emphasis on maybe) be back together. The former couple sparked reconciliation rumors last night, when Irina hopped on Instagram and posted a bunch of pictures of her and Bradley spending time together on vacation. Reminder that these two parted ways back in 2019, right around the end of Bradley’s A Star Is Born promotional tour. A source told People at the time that “Bradley was emotionally absent during the long time filming A Star Is Born” and that he and Irina “tried to save the relationship, but it had changed.”
Meanwhile, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Irina ended things, saying “Irina decided enough is enough. She didn’t feel she was getting the level of commitment she wanted and the endless fighting made their life unbearable. They are very different people, and once they realized it was the baby that was holding them together, it was time to call it quits.”
Actually, they allegedly almost split up during the release of A Star Is Born but were “advised against it” because their breakup could overshadow the movie’s release. “Irina truly had high hopes for their future together and felt once the baby was born they would find the time to marry but that never came to fruition,” ET’s source said. “She wanted more from Bradley in every way. But she was unhappy and felt he spent too much time working.”
Since their split, Irina and Bradley have been coparenting and have been seen spending time together—but these vacation photos definitely hit different. That said, maybe they’re just on a platonic family vacay with their daughter!
