Chris Brown Lookalike Sets IG Private After Reacting to Reports About $1,500 Fan Meet and Greets

A man who goes by the name Tyson Wuthi sets his Instagram account private after shutting down reports that he charges $1,500 for fan meet and greet sessions in Detroit.

AceShowbizChris Brown‘s doppelganger seemingly wants to avoid social media trolls after it’s reported that he charged $1,500 for a fan meet and greet. Shortly after debunking the reports, the “Under the Influence” crooner lookalike Tyson Wuthi set his Instagram private.

Tyson went private on Sunday, August 28, a few hours after he weighed in on the wild reports. Slamming the rumors, Tyson wrote via Instagram Story, “These are all lies about me I haven’t made an agreement with anyone.”

“I would never do that..the media lies to you just to make the fans get mad at me..don’t believe it,” Tyson warned against trusting everything people read online. In a following post, Tyson reposted The Shade Room’s post that read, “Chris Brown Lookalike going viral after announcing $1500 for fan meet & greets,” to which he responded, “NOT AS LIES LIE AND LIE.” He further stressed in a follow-up Story, “DON’T BELIEVE THEM…THAT NOT TRUE.”

Tyson then told his followers that he believes the false reports came after a TikTok video showing how much he and Chris look alike. “AFTER THIS VIDEO WENT VIRAL ON TIKTOK THE LIES CAME…THE VIDEO WOULD BE VIEWED OVER 3 MILLION..DON’T BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU ABOUT ME.”

The debacle started after a Twitter user shared on Thursday, August 25 a photo of Chris’ lookalike with a message that read, “Going To Be In Detroit This Weekend Meet & Greets $1500.” In his/her own caption, the user wrote, “Now who the hell [crying laughing emojis].”

Aside from Chris, Drake has a doppelganger who goes by the name Izzy Drake. Unlike Tyson, who seemingly doesn’t want to be the center of attention, Izzy is trying to hold onto the fame he gained from going viral impersonating the world-famous rap star.

In November 2021, Izzy claimed he got $5,000 to appear at parties. A few months later, he claimed yesterday’s price was not today’s price, boasting that $10,000 was his performance fee.

Fast forward to June this year, a video surfaced that appeared to show Izzy getting kicked out of a club in Houston. One month later, Izzy was removed from Instagram for impersonating the Grammy-winning rapper.

Still in June, Izzy directly challenged Drake to a $1 million celebrity boxing match. Izzy even promised that he’ll drop the impersonation if Drizzy loses the match. “It’s your boy Izzy Drake, OVO tings, you already know we outside. I just signed with Celebrity Boxing,” he said in an Instagram video. “August 27th, I’m calling Drake out for a friendly boxing match. If I win, you gotta sign me to OVO you gotta give me a million dollars. If you win, I’ll change my name. It’s an OVO ting, you already know.”

However, Izzy’s attempt to challenge Drake was denied by the latter. “I pulled up to Drake’s hotel room, let’s just say it wasn’t very inviting,” Izzy shared in the Friday, August 26 episode of “We in Miami” podcast. “They tried coming at us, they just tried coming at us so I ended up texting him, telling him about the fight and he said that he’s gonna go up and slap me for free.”
