Coleen Rooney says Wayne’s vasectomy helped her expose Wagatha Christie row

Coleen Rooney said her husband Wayne Rooney got a vasectomy in 2018 following the birth of their fourth son, Cass.

The 37-year-old revealed that the footballer’s “snip” played a role in the lead-up to her accusing fellow WAG, Rebekah Vardy, of leaking stories to the press.

In the new Disney+ documentary, Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story, Coleen explained that she became sure Rebekah was behind the leaks when she shared a fake Instagram Story for her eyes only.

Coleen says: “I thought about what information I was going to put on that story for only Rebekah’s account to see. I wanted to do a story I was certain there was no truth in whatsoever and it couldn’t have come from anyone else.

“After the birth of every single one of my kids, the press are always interested in whether I was going to have another baby. The big question always is, ‘Would you like a girl?’

“I always thought I’d have few kids, maybe three at most. And then number four came along. Me and Wayne talked about him having a vasectomy.

“He said, ‘After this baby that’s it, we’re not having any more!’ And Wayne went and got the snip. I knew for sure we wouldn’t have any more.”
