Just weeks after welcoming her adorable twin girls Summer and Star into the world, mum-of-three Dani Dyer unfortunately came face to face with the bitter side of the internet when a cruel troll criticised her children.
The former Love Island star had been blissfully sharing insights into her new life with the little ones on social media, as she kept her fans up to date with the latest happenings in her life.
From navigating night feeds to cheering on beau Jarrod Bowen on the pitch, there was nothing but wholesome newborn content for as far as the eye could see.
However, it appeared this slice of idyllic life was too much for one social media user to stomach, as they cruelly reached out to Dani to criticise her newborn babies.
Commenting on one of her photos, the troll commented: “Thought you would have nice looking baby’s wtf?”
Unwilling to let the comment slide, Dani took to her own social media to publicly shame the troll in question as she shared a screenshot of the message, including his username, alongside the words: “Clearly got some issues.”
The unfortunate exchange was sadly not the first time Dani had faced off against cruel trolls, as the star had previously also had to contend with callous comments in the past from people criticising her relationship with then-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence back in 2019 following her split from Jack Fincham.
In addition, Dani had also been confronted by yet more trolling in 2021, when angry Instagram followers decided to “mum-shame” her for how she was raising her eldest child, Santiago, after she left her nine month old son in the care of a babysitter for one evening so she could enjoy a night out.
Thankfully, trolls are few and far between compared to Dani’s fans, who have all been supportive and encouraging in the first few weeks since her twins arrived last month. Countless comments regularly flood her photos with sweet messages of support, or heart emojis as she continues to document her busy life online.
