Danielle Lloyd quits OnlyFans after earning enough to pay off her mortgage’

Danielle Lloyd has decided to ditch her lucrative career on OnlyFans after making enough money on the social media platform to "pay off her mortgage. "

The Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins star had turned to the platform in recent months to help pay her bills, but since learning she had been cast on the show, a source close to the star revealed she had decided to delete her account to focus on her TV work instead.

Speaking to The Sun, they said: “Danielle decided to delete her OnlyFans account after learning she was cast on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins as she wants to focus on her TV work and doesn't want it to distract from that.”

"She certainly isn't ashamed of having done OnlyFans as it paid her mortgage and put food on the table for her kids, she just feels it's not right for her right now.”

The source also revealed that although Danielle has decided to leave the platform, it won’t be the last time her loyal fans are treated to her some risqué looks, as the model still plans to share some lingerie shoots in future, albeit not on OnlyFans.

The 38 year old mum of five, first shot to fame in 2006, when she infamously had her Miss Great Britain title stripped from her after posing naked for Playboy magazine.

Yet despite the setback, Danielle went on to forge a successful career as a glamour model and reality TV star, before joining OnlyFans in 2020 to help “pay the bills.”

Since appearing on the platform, she has managed to bag around £90,000 a month, although it hasn’t been without its drawbacks, as she even admitted it had earned her a few awkward looks on the school run.

However, she previously downplayed any animosity, as she told the publication: “Why shouldn’t I earn a good living doing what I’ve always done? I love what I do and it fits around my family life with the kids.”

OnlyFans launched back in 2016 as a means to share content behind a pay wall, and while a variety of people use the space from educators to artists, it has widely become associated predominantly with sex workers.

For the price of £7.50 a month, subscribers were able to view her content – with Danielle reportedly among the top 3 per cent of earners on the site.
