Ex-Eastenders star Danny Dyer has revealed his true feelings about his daughter Dani Dyer’s ex boyfriends, as he gives the nod of approval to her current partner.
Mum of three Dani is currently dating footballer Jarrod Bowen whom she shares adorable twins, Star and Summer. The former Love Island star is also mum to two-year-old son Santiago, who Dani shares with her ex Sammy Kimmence.
Before Dani became a proud mum, she found love on the hit ITV show Love Island, winning the show with Jack Fincham in 2018. The couple split shortly after leaving the show and Dani found herself heartbroken again when her ex Sammy was sentenced to 3.5 years in jail for fraud.
Speaking about his daughter’s dating history, Danny revealed to The Sun: “My Dani has bought home some f****** t****. Sitting at my table on a Sunday, eating my leg of lamb. So I have softened – you can’t tell your children who to fall in love with. You have to go with the the f****** flow.”
Proud dad Danny then gave his compliments to Dani’s current partner as he said: “And then she bought home Jarrod Bowen. I earnt him. He is a real amazing man.”
He continued: “So yeah… if all my dreams could come true… all I f****** want is for a man – or woman, whatever – to worship the f****** ground my daughter walks on.”
Dani and her ex Jack released a statement on Instagram at the time of their split where Dani wrote: “Jack and I have sadly decided to part ways. It's been an incredible six months, and we will always have a place in our hearts for each other, but we've sadly come to the realisation that it's not meant to be long term.
"We both plan to stay friends. I hope you'll all understand. Love Dani x."
Dani has come a long way since her Love Island days and more recently gushed about how her twin girls make her relationship with Jarrod stronger.
Dani told OK!: “He’s become a lot sexier now, I think they do – you love them even more, don’t you? He’s been great. I feel like I’m 16 again, it’s ridiculous!”
The former-Love Islander and footballer officially went public in December of 2021 and from then on have appeared loved up on social media ever since.
