First Dates’ Cici Coleman shows off incredible body transformation in bikini snaps

Cici Coleman has shared a string of bikini photos to showcase her fitness transformation after overhauling her lifestyle.

The 36 year old, who is best known for starring as a waitress on Channel 4's First Dates, took to Instagram to share the results of her fitness regime, revealing she's swapped exercise classes for weight training sessions.

Cici posted a number of photos of herself wearing bikinis at different points in her life, to show how she weighs the same in every single snap but now looks drastically different.

"Weight training doesn’t make you bulk if done correctly," the star captioned the post.

She continued: "The pics in this reel are my journey from 5 x group exercise classes weekly, and no consideration for what I was eating, to 3 x weight training sessions a week, prioritising sleep and mindful eating.

"The shift really wasn’t that extravagant; I just got a coach to show me how to train more effectively to get the results I wanted. I train less now but with more intensity. I still eat cookies, but I also fuel my body with a higher-protein diet."

Cici went on to advise her followers: "If you aren’t getting the desired results, maybe you need to look at how you are training," before encouraging them to sign up to her online coaching program.

Cici's followers flocked to gush over her transformation, with one person writing: "Wow! Impressive," while a second commented: "U look amazing".

A third person added: "Well done Cici, great work and well deserved! Keep it up".

"Proof that hard work pays off. You look stunning," a fourth follower added.

Cici, who has starred on First Dates since 2013, works as an online fitness coach alongside her TV job, and regularly shares tips and tricks on social media with her fans, as well as inspiring posts about fitness.

Most recently, she asked her 169,000 fans whether they look at themselves "through a different lens on different days".

Opening up about her own feelings, Cici added: "Sometimes I look in the mirror and think f**k yeah, other times, I think f**k no; the difference in this could be as small as eating some sugary foods, a bad night's sleep or hormones.

"As much as I sound like a broken record, I can't tell you how much these mini-tweaks have helped with my mental health.

"In the last year, I have prioritised my sleep and tried my best not to overeat foods high in sugar; it simply isn’t worth the negative mindset I get the following day."
