Geordie Shore star starts regular job and debuts pared-down look after quitting fame

Former Geordie Shore star Faith Mullen has revealed her new job after she was axed from the reality show back in 2019.

And although she returned for the show's reunion special in 2022, she appears to have since quit fame, and opted for a regular job, as she's now started as a make-up artist at high street favourite Boots.

Faith took to Instagram as she marked her first day at her new job with a selfie, in which she looked worlds away from her Geordie Shore days.

In the snap, the former TV star sported a black blazer and opted for a make-up look that was rather toned down compared to her TV days.

She donned pink lipstick and natural eye-shadow, completing her look with stylish winged eyeliner.

Captioning the selfie, Faith wrote: "First day of the new job today [black heart emoji]."

Faith's 89.9k followers were quick to comment as they congratulated her on the new job, with one writing: "Smash it" while another added: "You're so pretty x."

Others labelled the TV star turned make-up artist "beautiful" and "gorgeous."

Faith joined the 18th series of Geordie Shore, however she did not return for the 19th after she was involved in an "altercation" while out drinking in Newcastle.

In a YouTube video titled 'My truth… Geordie Shore', Faith explained that she had left the show after she was left "shaken" by the fact the person she had the altercation with would be in the show's 19th series.

And while she didn't name the individual, she shared that she had made the producers aware of the situation and that she'd refused to do any filming until she could sit down with the person and sort out their differences.

Faith left Geordie Shore viewers shocked when Faith, a devout Christian, joined the show in 2018, vowing that her religion would not stop her from partying.

Speaking to The Sun, at the time, she said: "I've always wanted to show that being a young Christian girl, you don't have to be boring and do nothing, you can party as much as much as possible.

"I mean Jesus' first miracle was turning water into wine, so that was something I wanted to do.

"I wanted to be a voice for the young Christian community and show this whole new generation. It's not boring religious, sitting in a church falling asleep anymore."
