Gogglebox favourite unveils jaw-dropping body transformation in new picture

Gogglebox: Stephen Webb dances to Lionel Richie

Gogglebox star Stephen Webb has unveiled the latest photo capturing his new look, six months after first starting to train.

The 52-year-old TV fave, who co-owns a hair salon with his husband Daniel Lustig, impressed his 255,000 Instagram followers, captioning the picture: “Really happy with my results so far!”

Besides his distinctive chest tattoos, viewers could clearly see that his stomach had dramatically shrunk, and abs were starting to subtly form on his newly slimline torso.

@wendymarybiddlecome exclaimed encouragingly: “You’ll have to go topless on Gogglebox now!!!!”

Others congratulated him for beating the bloat, with @janey_bart marvelling that the Channel 4 star looks “20 years younger”.

@crazy.uncle chimed in: “That is well impressive! You’ve given me some inspiration to try and get in shape!”

@nikkiowers playfully ribbed him, adding that his partner Daniel “won’t be able to keep his hands off you”.

Daniel is also a much-loved member of the Gogglebox cast, joining after Stephen broke up with ex-boyfriend Chris Steed, and subsequently began a new relationship with him.

The reality star pair enjoyed a fairytale wedding at a French castle named Chateau de Lisse back in 2018, which the pair described as the happiest day in their lives.

They had previously gotten engaged two years earlier, after Stephen popped the question while they were holidaying in India, on the day of a trip to the Taj Mahal.

The couple own a hairdressing salon named Lustig and Webb in a small village near Brighton, and although Stephen had reservations about the remote location at first, he soon realised it would work wonderfully.

Speaking to regional paper The Argus, he happily gushed: “It’s been such an amazing little business and we’ve got a great clientele.

“We feel that some people may not think they’re going to earn much in a village, but that’s nonsense because you do – and they may think it’s only people of a certain age who come in here, but there’s a really buzzy evening life in Hurstpierpoint – the pubs and restaurants are normally always busy,” he explained.

“It took me some convincing to open a salon there at first, rather than in Brighton, but we decided to go with it and never looked back!”

Now that both his body and business are looking up, Stephen’s life seems better than ever – and he recently courageously defended his love for Daniel after the pair were targeted at Hove seafront for a homophobic attack.

Revealing that they’d been labelled with an unpleasant slur, he posted a photo of a Pride flag on Instagram last month and urged others in the gay community to “stay safe” as the “fight continues”.

Thankfully, Stephen soon received plenty of supportive words from his 255,000 followers, who branded the cruel attack “appalling”.
