Holly Willoughby’s This Morning statement
Holly Willoughby, 42, looked sensational in new very smiley snaps taken during her recent break from filming This Morning amongst scandal.
Following Phillip Schofield’s resignation from ITV last month and his admission of having an affair with a younger colleague on set, Holly and her family jetted off to Portugal for a well-needed break.
The mum-of-two took two weeks away from This Morning and hadn’t shared any pictures on her social media from the trip.
However, on Thursday, Holly posted a gorgeous image of her on holiday to her lifestyle account, Wylde Moon.
In the snaps, the 42-year-old was all smiles under a pair of oversized ASOS x Topshop black sunglasses as she was pictured holding onto her wide-brimmed straw hat.

She wore a flattering black midi dress which was slightly nipped in at the waist and featured a square open back with bow tie detailing.
Holly’s slender shoulders were on display under ruffled straps, which helped to elevate the elegant outfit.
The ITV presenter accessorised with a rectangular black cross-body bag and a pair of open-toe sandals, thought to be from Nima Sandals.
The caption for the post read: “Holly’s personal stylist @danniiwhiteman has made dressing for summer SUPER easy with gorgeous capsule wardrobe suggestions- some of which you may already have!”
Holly also shared the pictures in an email to her subscribers and wrote: “My style guru, Danielle, is here with a capsule collection of summer wardrobe essentials.

These are the first pictures that Holly has shared from her recent family getaway.
While on holiday from This Morning, Holly made a statement on her main account regarding Phillip’s admission that he had a “consensual” on-off relationship with a younger colleague, which he described as “unwise but not illegal”.

She wrote: “When reports of this relationship first surfaced, I asked Phil directly if this was true and was told it was not.
“It’s been very hurtful to now find out this was a lie.”
The TV personality returned to present This Morning earlier this week alongside co-host Josie Gibson, 38.
However, the latter was swapped out for Craig Doyle, who stepped in to cover the daytime show on Wednesday and Thursday.
