Kate Middleton was all smiles in London as she embarked on her first royal engagement of the day.
Clearly ready for summer, Kate, 41, dazzled in an all pink ensemble made up of cigarette pants and a shirt and blazer.
To accessorise, the mum-of-three sported a white belt with pearl detailing in the buckle and a pair of simple yet elegant white court heeled shoes.
In true Kate fashion, the Princess of Wales wore her brunette locks in loose curls.
The first of her engagements is taking place at The Foundling Museum, which the senior member of the royal family is a patron of.
The Foundling Hospital began caring for children abandoned by their mothers who could not look after them in the mid 18th century.
While there, Kate is meeting those with lived experience of the care system.
She will be joined by rapper Professor Green when she meets young people who have been in care and have taken part in the museum’s Tracing Our Tales programme.
The initiative aims to give them the skills and confidence to deliver learning programmes at the museum, return to education, secure apprenticeships and jobs, alongside the ability to express themselves creatively.
Kate will also spend time with adoptive parents and foster carers to discuss the lifelong impact that positive, supportive relationships can have for children and young people.
Later the 41 year old royal will meet kinship carers at a support group session in London.
