Katie Price drops big hint she will return to Celebrity Big Brother house

Katie Price has dropped a huge hint that she is re-joining the new series of Celebrity Big Brother.

The former glamour originally appeared on the show in 2015, beating controversial commentator Katie Hopkins to win the show.

With ITV confirming that they will be bringing back the celebrity version of the franchise, since taking over the show this year, Katie has suggested that she could be among the rumoured contestants in the line-up.

Former This Morning star Phillip Schofield and ex-Prime Minister Boris Johnson's alleged mistress Jennifer Arcuri are among the celebrities reportedly being considered.

And now the Mucky Mansion star has teased fans that she could also be joining the series, after sharing a cryptic post on her Instagram story.

The star reposted ITV's recent promotional clip confirming there will be another series of the show next year. The short clip played out the theme tune and an animation before announcing: "Celebrity Big Brother 2024."

The caption and voiceover say: "Celebrities… Big Brother is coming to get you." Katie sent her fans into a frenzy after sharing the reel alongside some eye emojis.

OK! has contacted ITV for comment.

It comes as she previously suggested that she would be keen to make a Celebrity Big Brother comeback.

Talking about how she struggled with pain during her first stint on the show due to a botched boob job, she said: "It's only rumours, but I would do Big Brother again now I'm healthy."

Just before appearing on the season that she won, Katie was left with a hole in her breasts, with her implant pushing out of it.

She told fans in a YouTube video: "The night before that they wanted me out of the house – the doctors and that – because my implant was hanging out."

The TV personality had corrective surgery as soon as she left and has had a total of 16 breast augmentations over the years.

ITV excited fans after announcing that Celebrity Big Brother would make its highly anticipated return after six years.

Paul Mortimer, director of reality commissioning and acquisitions and controller, ITV2 and ITVBe, expressed his excitement about the show's return: "The reception from our viewers to Big Brother's return has been fantastic.

"We're therefore thrilled to announce that we'll be bringing our very own celebrity edition to ITV1 and ITVX next year.

"Casting is underway to find a new batch of famous faces who are sure to provide more iconic and unmissable BB moments."
