Kim Kardashian opted for a rather low-key look as she paid a visit to plastic surgeon Dr Diamond's office in Beverly Hills.
The TV star, 42, was snapped sporting a rare makeup-free face as she arrived wearing a black hoodie and carrying a Louis Vuitton Limited Edition Silver Monogram Miroir Speedy 35 bag, which brought some of her usual glam to the ensemble.
It's unclear exactly why Kim was visiting Dr Diamond on this occasion, but she is known to be a fan of his 'vampire facials' in which the skin is punctured, with the blood then being used within the facial.
The Kardashian-Jenners are usually tight-lipped about what surgery they've undergone, although Kylie Jenner recently left fans shocked after admitting to having undergone a breast augmentation when she was 19 – something she had previously denied.
And last year Kim told Allure that while she had had Botox, she hadn't undergone any other invasive surgeries on her face.
She told the publication: "No. I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything. I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips."
Kim has also been accused of having a secret nose job, something she denies, claiming the change in appearance is just down to her contouring skills.
Hitting back at these rumours in a 2012 episode of Harper's Bazaar the Look, she said: "Everyone always thinks I've had my nose done or my lips done or just anything to my face like besides Botox, which to me isn't plastic surgery.
People always say I've had a nose job and they'll use before and after pictures but the after picture is really taken before. It's so funny, it just depends on how your nose is contoured."
Kim has also been accused of having surgery on her boobs and bum and once had her backside scanned during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians to prove that she did not have implants.
A source later revealed that rather than having implants, Kim was regularly undergoing Brazilian Bum Lifts, where fat is removed from one area of the body and moved to the bum.
However, she has recently stopped these treatments, which left some people convinced she had had implants but had opted to have these removed.
A source told The Sun: "Kim never had implants – it was a fat transfer into her butt. She had it topped up every so often throughout her marriage to Kanye [West] but now she’s over that look.
“She’s stopped getting the transfers and letting it decrease naturally as she loses weight.
