Christina Ashten Gourkani, an American model who was dubbed a Kim Kardashian lookalike has died aged 34.
The model, who went by Ashten G online, died in hospital while she was recovering from a plastic surgery operation.
Her heartbroken family has set up a GoFundMe in a bid to raise funds for her funeral.
It includes a lengthy statement expressing the family’s shock and anguish, as well as a brief account of the moments leading up to Christina’s death.
It read: “It is with deep sorrow and an immensely heavy, broken heart that we have to share the most shattering, unfortunate and unexpected passing of our beautiful, beloved daughter and sister Christina Ashten Gourkani.”
The family were revealed to have been called at 4:30am, to someone screaming: “Ashten is dying, Ashten is dying.”
The family spokesperson then described the “living nightmare” of watching Christina’s health decline following her cardiac arrest.
They described her as “such a caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone’s face she crossed paths with”.
Ending the tribute, they wrote: “Christina Ashten Gourkani you will forever be our guardian angel.”

Many have paid tribute to the late social media star on Twitter, along with friends alike.
Fellow OnlyFans model Maddison Fox said: “I’m so crushed to hear of your loss, gone too soon.
“Ashten was beautiful just as her natural self.”
Fellow model, Mary Magdalene wrote of Christina: “I don’t know her, [but] I would always just randomly see her on Instagram and think she was really pretty but that is so sad she just died from plastic surgery.
“It is so scary because you really just never know when you’re going to die from [risky surgery].”
The family are hoping to raise $40,000 for Christina’s funeral.
