KSI reveals plans to 'laugh at Tommy Fury's body' during boxing match

KSI reveals plans to ‘laugh at Tommy Fury’s body on the floor’ during eagerly-anticipated boxing match… before vowing to SLAP his opponent’s dad John, 59, if he wins

KSI shed light on his eagerly-anticipated boxing match against Tommy Fury, which is set to take place on Saturday night.

The YouTube star, 30, real name Olajide Olayinka Williams “JJ” Olatunji, appeared on both Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp and Capital XTRA Breakfast with Robert Bruce and Shanya Marie on Friday to discuss the upcoming battle.

During his appearance on the former, KSI explosively professed: ‘I want to knock him out and then laugh at his body on the floor’, before insisting that he ‘always wins’.

As well as his plans for the match, KSI revealed a rather shocking post-match plan – as it has been revealed there was talk of him slapping Tommy’s father John if the Love Island star were to lose Saturday’s fight.

He admitted that Anthony Joshua has been giving him some tips and tricks ahead of the battle, which is taking place at AO Arena in Manchester, and insisted he is not letting his YouTuber status faze him while taking on a pro boxer.

Ouch: During his appearance on the former, KSI explosively professed: ‘I want to knock him out and then laugh at his body on the floor’, before insisting that he ‘always wins’

Head to head: On Thursday, the duo came together at the KSI v Tommy Fury – Prime Card Press Conference at Manchester Central, where Tommy’s father John (pictured) had his war of words

He said: ‘Legit no matter what happens, okay, I end up always winning. That’s how I… that’s just how it is and that’s how it’s always been. […] Now I can just go in, show him the levels, knock him out and then laugh at his body on the floor’.

On his preparation for the fight and feelings ahead of the match, KSI said: ‘[I’m feeling] pretty calm, pretty blessed. Yeah, I’m excited…

‘I’m excited to just get in that ring and show the world what I’m capable. Obviously, I’m a YouTuber, you know, fighting a pro boxer. But don’t even bother man. I’m about to show the levels and knock out Tommy Fury.’

When asked if he is affected by the pressure of the preparations, he said: ‘I love it. I like putting pressure on myself. And I love proving people wrong as well…

‘So like being able to shut so many people up It’s just gonna be fantastic because I’m gonna be a menace even after the fight. I’m going to be a menace…

‘Everyone has said that Tommy Fury will beat me. It’s gonna get on social media. I got a large army. I got a lot of fans. It’s gonna be hell online. It’s going to be hell.

Shanya asked: ‘Everyone is so buzzing for this fight. I think because you’ve just drummed up so much energy and there’s loads of battles back and forth…

‘It’s in Manchester Arena, right?… This feels a bit more convenient for Tommy than you. Because you know, he’s local, isn’t he?’

Pressure: When asked if he is affected by the pressure of the preparations, he said: ‘I love it. I like putting pressure on myself. And I love proving people wrong as well’

Hitting out: Pushing the slap, KSI explained: ‘Yeah, so I made a bet with John Fury. If I beat your son, I get to slap you in the face. John was like, “nah, your not slapping me in the face”. Alright then let’s bet…. and he’s like, “no, I don’t need to bets”‘

He responded: ‘Oh, it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter. Like whether I walk in and they’re cheering or booing. I will take that energy and use it to fuel me because I am different… I have plot armour…

‘Legit no matter what happens, okay, I end up always winning. That’s how I …that’s just how it is and that’s how it’s always been. […]…

‘Now I can just go in, show him the levels, knock him out and then laugh at his body on the floor. Maybe slap John Fury while I’m at it because he owes me that slap after beating his son and then just riding into the sunset.’

Pushing the slap, KSI explained: ‘Yeah, so I made a bet with John Fury. If I beat your son, I get to slap you in the face. John was like, “nah, your not slapping me in the face”. Alright then let’s bet…. and he’s like, “no, I don’t need to bets”…

‘I was just like “oh, you’re not confident in your son?”‘

Earlier this week, Tommy revealed he had gained three stone in three weeks after his fight with social media star Jake Paul in February this year.

Wah! The press day descended into chaos as they came head to head while drinking KSI’s PRIME energy drink

Locking horns: Tommy spoke alongside his opponent at the event earlier in the week

Boxer and former Love Island star Tommy, 24, binged on junk food, eating £300 worth of cheesecake after winning against Jake in Saudi Arabia.

He also ordered pizzas, burgers and milkshakes to his hotel room as he relished in not having to train and restrict himself for the time being, The Sunday Times reported in its Style magazine profile.

Television personality Tommy, who has battled depression and suffered a breakdown in 2015, says he tends to comfort eat when he feels down. He told The Sunday Times: ‘My go-to when I’m upset is large Domino’s pizzas.

‘My logic – and it’s terrible – is that between fights I try to cram as much c**p as I can into my body so that when I have to get back in shape I’m sick of junk food.’

Tommy’s fight with Jake was the result of over two years of social media warfare that saw a clash culminate only at the third time of asking.
