Lauren Goodger took to Instagram on Sunday evening to pay tribute to the Queen and claimed the beloved monarch was up in heaven with her late baby daughter Lorena. 

The TOWIE star, who also celebrated here 36th birthday as the country laid her Majesty to rest on Monday, said that there was something quite special about sharing the day.

Lauren, who lost her baby daughter in July shortly after her birth, looked to the future following a difficult year in which she also a victim of an ‘attack’.

On the eve of Her Majesty’s funeral at Westminster Abbey Lauren penned: ‘It’s my Birthday in the morning (midnight) on the same day we lay Our Beautiful Majesty The Queen to rest (God Rest Her Soul)’.   

‘Maybe something quite special this birthday ? [The Queen] up there with my Lorena’.

She continued: ‘This year has been one year I will never forget for all the pain and heartache and lessons that I trust in the universe, but my best present every year is waking up with my @babylarose.x’.

‘Lorena is always with us.. Thank you for all the support .. Another year done , here’s to next year (sic)’. 

Lorena was born with two knots in her umbilical cord, tied around her neck and despite ten doctors fighting to save her, she passed away shortly after her birth.

As she grieved the loss of her newborn, Lauren was allegedly assaulted on the day of her baby’s funeral.

Her boyfriend Charles Drury, 25, was later arrested and bailed following the incident.

It comes after her sister Rianna took to Instagram on Monday to wish the reality star a happy birthday in a gushing post.

Rianna called the reality star ‘brave’ for dealing with ‘the hardest year’ as she rang in her 36th birthday. 

Lauren  heartbreaking few months was amplified further by the death of her ex Jake McLean. 

Mother: Lauren is also mother to daughter Larose, 12 months, who she shares with ex Charles Drury, who was reportedly  arrested following her baby Lorena’s funeral 

Alongside a snap of Lauren, Rianna penned: ‘Happy Birthday to my brave beautiful sister. Even though you’ve been through that hardest year of your life you shine like a diamond.

‘Me and Teddy (Lauren’s nephew) love you so much,’ whilst a birthday song played in the background. 

Lauren, who is also mother to daughter Larose, is beginning to find some sense of normality again as she treated herself to an early birthday present by splashing out on £17,000 worth of jewellery earlier this week.

It comes after she announced that she had now found her ‘fire and drive’ as she shared a glamorous selfie with ‘fresh lip filler’ and adjusted to ‘normal life.’ 

The star opted to go on a spending spree at luxury jewellery brand Cartier, showing off her new purchases on Instagram on Friday. 

Filming her red Cartier bags after heading to Selfridges, Lauren showed fans her 18ct rose-gold, diamond encrusted Cartier Juste Un Clou Bracelet, which retails at £10,800.
