Lil Duval Laments Being in So Much Pain After He Got Hit by a Car

Despite the painful injuries he got from the Bahamas accident, the stand-up comedian reveals that he is ‘still chillin’ because there is nothing that steals his joy.

AceShowbizLil Duval is sharing updates on his condition after being hit by a car. Noting that he got a broken hip instead of a broken leg, the stand-up comedian lamented being in “So much pain.”

“I appreciate everybody checking up on me but if you call and i don’t pick up don’t take it the wrong way. I’m really fuk up and can’t move cuz I’m in so much pain” the 45-year-old wrote on Twitter. He posted the screenshot of the tweet on Instagram and captioned it, “Broke my hip not my leg and that’s even worse but I’m still chillin tho can’t nothing steal my joy.”

Duval then followed it up with a video of himself getting his knee “drilled.” In the clip, he jokingly sang, “I’m living my best life,” before laughing. In the accompanying message, he penned, “They really drilling my knee bruh. Why they ain’t put me to sleep?”

Duval was airlifted to a hospital in Jacksonville, Florida hospital after he was involved in a car accident in the Bahamas on Tuesday, July 26. He even shared a video of himself wincing in pain while laying out on a gurney as medical professionals attended to him.

His arm was bandaged and it appears that he was also injured on the ribs. He was then transported to a local hospital in Nassau via a medical helicopter. He is set to undergo a surgery for his broken leg.

In the caption, the “Big Sexy Thang” rapper offered brief information on what led to his hospitalization. “Somebody hit me in they car while i was on my 4 wheeler,” he wrote. “Now my leg broke and i gotta get flown over to nassau and have surgery.”

Of the ordeal, Duval’s representative told TMZ, “Lil Duval was involved in a vehicular accident where a motor vehicle ran into him while riding a 4-wheeler.” The rep added, “This accident resulted into a broken hip alongside mild injuries.”

“He is in stable condition and is currently being airlifted again, from Nassau to Jacksonville, FL in order to be treated at a local hospital with the capabilities and equipment available to conduct the recommended surgical procedures for recovery.”
