Loose Womens Nadia Sawalha goes for cheeky naked swim to cool off during heatwave

Nadia Sawalha presented her genius way of keeping cool in the UK heatwave this week to followers.

The Loose Women panellist shared her method as she posted a cheeky snap of her swimming completely naked in a pool.

Nadia, 57, was seen beaming in the photo as she lay on her back in the water while attempting to cover up her modesty with her hands — though little was left to the imagination.

The star captioned: “Take me back to Greece 2019!!! Plump woman skinny dipping!! Anyone else want to rip all their clothes off?!!

“If you could click your fingers what holiday would you go back to??? Wanna come swimming with me @mark_adderley?” Nadia added, requesting her husband Mark Adderley to join her.

The picture was taken during the presenter’s trip to Greece three years ago, and led many fans to post their comments of praise immediately afterwards.

"Absolutely love this! You are so beautiful & inspirational, I love how you live life. be proud of what you’ve got, enjoy it & live life!", one person wrote.

A second follower said: "Us curvy girls don’t skinny dip. We chunky dunk", to which Nadia replied: " ha ha ha!! Love this!"

"What a warrior you are. I’d definitely come skinny dipping with you x", wrote another, while someone else added: “What a body positivity inspiration you are!”, with two fire emojis on the end.

Nadia has shown herself to be an advocate for body positivity and often posts photos of herself in swimwear and under garments proudly showing off her figure, encouraging fans to have the same attitude.

The ITV host previously spoke about how she had tried “every fad diet” from a young age, which led to her to develop negative perceptions of her own body image, as well as fluctuating weight issues.

Nadia now declares that she is “looking after herself” properly, as she told The Mirror last week: "For most of my adult life, I thought moderation was the most unsexy word on the planet but actually, it's the only way.

“There were so many decades when I just did whatever I wanted – I drank whatever I wanted, I ate whatever I wanted, I didn't look after myself.

"I feel really grateful that in my fifties I'm looking after myself. I'm really hopeful that I've changed my path. It was a good warning.

"I knew where I was heading. I was told I would become prediabetic if I continued on this trajectory, if I continued putting on weight, and something had to change."
