“We could all get in it! We could all fit in my dress. I’ve still got it.”
Lorraine and Steve share one daughter, Rosie, 29 who followed in her mother’s footsteps as a journalist. She is currently a podcaster and writer.
Rosie has also starred alongside her famous mother on the hit Channel 4 TV show, Celebrity Gogglebox.

Lorraine has a very close relationship with Rosie and was stunned last week when her daughter surprised her from Los Angeles live on her ITV morning show.
The host went live to LA Correspondent Ross King but was left beaming with delight when Rosie made a shock appearance during his segment.
Ross issued an update on the Hollywood actors’ strike and said people were out celebrating, when Rosie appeared.
He said: “There’s a young starlet who has been out celebrating already… here, look!”
Lorraine replied: “You go to bed because it’s very, very late! I’m sure that you’ve been out doing lovely things, reading books, not going to nightclubs and all of that!”
Lorraine has been on our screens for over 40 years and has covered hundreds of stories, including Lockerbie.
In 1988, Lorraine Kelly reported from the scene of the Pan Am Flight 103 bombing that happened while flying over Lockerbie.
In a recent documentary, she went back to the scene 35 years later speaking with the families focusing on what the people had to say once the cameras left the community.
Return to Lockerbie with Lorraine Kelly is available to watch on ITX.
