Lottie Tomlinson shares adorable pic of 9 month old son and her thoughts on being a mum

Lottie Tomlinson is feeling emotional nine months on from giving birth to son, Lucky.

Sister to One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, she posted a set of photos onto Instagram on Sunday, celebrating both her nine-month pregnant body and the little lad's nine-month milestone.

"9 months out [heart emoji]," the 24 year old captioned them. "Swipe for 9 months in [eyes welling up emoji] the fastest most amazing 9 months of my life. You've taught me so much Lucky and made me a better person.

"Being your mum is the best thing that's ever happened to me. How amazing is the female body."

In the comment column, her partner and Lucky's dad Lewis Burton lovingly wrote: "You’re an amazing mum."

Tomlinson's fanbase was out in force too, as one individual quizzed her on: "Do you miss your belly? I am at 7th month and i am sure i will miss it."

"Precious precious boy with his amazing mama", "You two are so beautiful", "the most beautiful lil boy" and "so beautiful he is so lucky to have you as his mum. you are amazing angel, forever proud of you x," read a further four reactions.

The warm messages continued to pour in, as another handful of social media users shared: "You two are both adorable!!!", "lucky has the best mom, how nice to see every day how their hearts and souls complement each other lucky has grown so fast!", "Aww already! He's growing up too fast" and "he has your beautiful eyes."

She's been an advocate for body positivity ever since welcoming Lucky last year.

Back in September, Tomlinson (who founded self-tanning business Tanologist) uploaded a video embracing the postpartum look.

"Putting my postpartum body out there. It's took me over 2 weeks to post this but it’s real and I want to show people how I give myself some confidence on my postpartum journey," she noted.

"Gaining 3.5 stone during my pregnancy really impacted my confidence so my self-care and tanning has been so important to keep me feeling my best and gives me such a confidence boost.

"Whenever baby is sleeping and I get a bit of me time I always prioritise my self-care because it makes me feel so much happier, I’ve been using my spray tan mister because it’s the quickest way to get an even glow. It’s completely safe for pregnancy & breastfeeding."

Tomlinson and ex-professional tennis player Burton, 31, announced the birth of Lucky on August 9 with a picture captioned: "dreams do come true".
