Love Island’s Olivia savagely forgets Kai’s name as she cosies up to Casa Amor boys

Monday night’s episode of ITV’s Love Island will see Olivia Hawkins forget the name of the lad she’s coupled up with while chatting with the Casa Amor bombshells.

Former Michelle Keegan body double Olivia, who also stood in for Emma Watson at one point in her career, has had a fairly explosive time on the show.

From clashing with her fellow Islander, Zara Lackenby-Brown, to her less than stable relationship with Tom Clare, Olivia’s time in the South African villa has been anything but boring.

A recent coupling saw Olivia grow closer to Kai Fagan, who was originally with dumped contestant Tanyel Revan.

During Sunday night’s episode, the girls were whisked away to Casa Amor, where they were treated to new lads, Frankie Davey, 22, Kain Reed, 21, Ryan Weekley, 22, Maxwell Samuda, 23, Bayley Mummery, 25, and Martin Akinola, 27.

A sneak peek for Monday night’s episode sees Bayley question: “Which ones of you are ‘wifed off’ already then?”

Tanya Manhenga is the first to reply and crosses her fingers as she says: “I’m coupled up with Shaq, me and him have been like this from the beginning”

“I’ve forgotten his name…” Olivia replies before arguing that it would take “a lot” for her head to be turned.

When Maxwell further questions whether getting to know Olivia would be pointless, she argues: “No you’re not wasting your time, you’re an attractive guy and definitely my type.”

Olivia and Kai have seemingly divided fans in recent episodes, with some questioning whether their relationship is genuine because it seemed to come out of nowhere.

On Twitter, one fan argued: “Olivia doing the maths that Kai dragged down her popularity with the public. She’s deffo finding a new ting in Casa.”

“Everyday Olivia is proving to us that Zara was right when she called her two faced,” wrote another, with a third adding: “Olivia wanna be the main character so bad it’s pathetic.”

Another person who is suspicious of Olivia’s relationship is season eight’s Danica Taylor, who is OK’s most recent celebrity columnist.

"It was only really out of default that she [Olivia] wasn't with Kai," Danica said, noting Olivia had "shown her interest in Kai.”

She continued: "I think, because Olivia has gone through it, because she gets quite emotional quite quickly, she shows that she's quite emotionally involved with the [Love Island] experience. I feel like she could be slightly blindsided.

"It is a bit suspicious that Kai is now, all of a sudden, interested. Where was that from the beginning?"
