Married At First Sight’s Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson have shared their plans for the first Christmas together as a couple.
Zoe and Jenna shot to fame on this year’s MAFS as the show’s first lesbian couple, and now remain as the only ones still in a relationship together, despite Jordan and Chanita once being hailed at the series’ “golden couple”.
The pair have since shared a series of exclusive revelations with OK!, including what they’re doing for Christmas as the festive season draws closer.
Zoe told us on an Instagram Live: “Well, I haven’t actually told the family this so I’ll tell them on this Live, Jenna’s coming for Christmas here [in Stafford] this year.”
“And then we’ll alternate it,” Jenna weighed in.
“I’ve been single most Christmases,” continued Zoe. “And so I’m usually alone one Christmas, then the next one everyone’s together. [My sisters] have always said that ‘[my partner] always needs to jump on board with Christmasses together and then the next year at the partner’s’ and fortunately Jenna is on board with that.”
“Christmas with the Cliftons!” added Jenna enthusiastically. “Can’t wait.”
Ahead of their OK! Instagram Live, Zoe said in a separate chat with us that she and Jenna are “stronger than ever”.
She gushed: “We're stronger than ever. Every week [on the show] you're constantly tested, learning about boundaries, whereas now it's nice to just breathe and enjoy each other.”
“It's like doing a relationship backwards,” added Jenna. “We got married, moved in together and once the experiment was over, we went back into normal life. Started dating, getting to know each other in our own home environments.”
While they seem to be going strong, the pair are yet to move in together.
“We have those conversations, but no solid plans,” shared Jenna. “It'll happen naturally at the right time. We've spoken about two places: Brighton or Manchester. I think Brighton would be the ideal place for both of us.”
Doubling down on this in the Live chat, Zoe noted how Manchester appears to be the ideal spot for them both as it’s a halfway house between Jenna’s hometown of Blackpool, and hers of Stafford.
Zoe went on: “It makes sense for our family and stuff. It’s not too far and I’ll be able to come and see my friends.
“All of my friends are here and it would kill me to leave everybody.”
