The Canadian singer, 46, took to the stage in Devon paused his performance when he noticed a commotion at the back of the crowd, with the star calling for assistance for the audience members over his microphone.
One concert-goer told the Mirror: ‘There were people in the back of the crowd and Michael said, “What’s going on why is all these people shouting?”

‘And then he asked for the paramedics to go and he talked to the crowd about not being scared.
‘People in the audience were shouting and trying to get his attention as paramedics were required.’
Another fan said: ‘He sort of made a joke of it at the end.’

Michael’s wife Luisana Lopilato is currently expecting her fourth child with the star.

Last month, Michael called on his fans to help him and Luisana choose a name for their unborn child.
Asked about the baby’s name, he joked: ‘For a boy, I think Michaelito or Miguel. No, for a boy, I don’t know, that’s a tough one.
‘For a girl, I like a ton of names. I like Isabelle, my wife doesn’t like that…I like Bella, but she doesn’t like that. I went for a lot of bells there, huh?
‘I don’t know. Come up, please, write me, go to my socials. Show up in my TikTok or my Instagram and help us pick a name, that would be nice.’
Michael and Luisana are already parents to Noah, eight, Elias, six, and three-year-old Vida.
