Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles at NYC premiere of Don't Worry Darling

Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles share intimate exchange at NYC premiere of Don’t Worry Darling… but Florence Pugh and Chris Pine are no shows

Olivia Wilde and her toyboy Harry Styles glammed up for the New York City premiere of her second directorial feature, Don’t Worry Darling, at AMC Lincoln Square Theater on Monday.

At 38, the Independent Spirit Award-winning filmmaker is a decade older than the Grammy winner, but they’ve been going strong ever since they worked together on the Palm Springs set of the film.

Styles did not appear to look happy as he had a quick chat with Wilde (born Cockburn) before heading inside the theater.

The native New Yorker began dating the Englishman sometime between September 2020 and January 2021 after replacing Shia LaBeouf with him in the role of ambitious workaholic Jack Chambers.

Eyebrows raised at the time considering Olivia was Harry’s boss and she has two children under age 8 with ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis, whom she split with in November 2021 after eight years together.

Wilde bared her back in a black long-sleeved gown and statement bracelets selected by stylist Karla Welch.

Wilde pulled double duty directing and starring as cocktail-loving, married mother-of-two Bunny in the Black Mirror-style psychological thriller.

Despite all the hype surrounding Don’t Worry Darling, it currently has a dismal 34% critic approval rating (out of 64 reviews) on Rotten Tomatoes.

Meanwhile, Styles wore a navy-blue velvet double-breasted blazer over a blue-collared top, wide-leg pin-stripe pants, and kitten-heeled booties selected by stylist Harry Lambert.

The Late Night Talking singer made sure he was ready for his close-up with help from groomer Matt Mulhall and make-up artist Dotti.

Outside the venue, Harry graciously stopped to greet his rabid female fanbase by signing some autographs.

In early screenings, audiences audibly laughed at Styles’ performance as Jack more than once and Don’t Worry Darling is in no way a comedy.

The coy couple made sure to pose for a group shot with screenwriter Katie Silberman as well as castmates Sydney Chandler, Douglas Smith, Asif Ali, Kate Berlant, Nick Kroll, and Gemma Chan.

Noticeably missing from the premiere were the leads Florence Pugh – who’s overseas shooting Dune: Part Two – and Chris Pine – who’s in post-production on his feature directorial debut Poolman.

However, both actors did attend the world premiere at the Venice Film Festival on September 5 where footage of Harry appearing to spit on Chris went viral – but both denied that happened.

Florence – who stars as devoted housewife Alice Chambers – allegedly hated how Styles and Olivia got together and definitely hated how the movie was marketed to be overtly sexual.

And thanks to a leaked video of Wilde from Shia proving he quit and wasn’t fired, everyone now knows that she condescendingly called Pugh ‘Miss Flo’ behind her back.
