Olly Murs has shown off his incredible physique as he prepares to release his first album in over four years.
The Voice UK judge, 38,who recently attended the ITV Autumn Entertainment Launch along co-stars Emma Willis and Anne-Marie, took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse of his impressive muscles.
Sharing a video with his 4.1 million followers, the Troublemaker singer could be seen flexing his biceps after opting to go topless following a workout,just over a year after suffering a horrific leg injury.
In the clip, Olly wore a pair of blue Nike shorts and some neon yellow trainers while revealing his rock hard abs and hinted that new music was well and truly on its way.
Captioning the snap, Olly took the time to hint that some new music would soon be on its way, as he wrote: “Am ready and pumped for what’s coming #OM7”.
After posting the picture, the Dance With Me Tonight singer’s followers and celeb pals rushed to his comments to praise the star for his incredible fitness.
“BEAST!,” wrote The Masked Singer hostJoel Dommett. “F***ing hell mate!!! You look class! Well done [clapping emoji]” addedVicky Pattison.
Meanwhile, fellow former X Factor contestants Rak-Su offered Olly some support of their own.
“Save some gains for the rest of us fella [flame emoji],” wrote Myles Stephenson from the band.
“Mate you are in amazing shape!!!! [clapping emojis],” added Rak-Su singer Ashley Fongho.
While Olly may be flexing his good shape, the musician has spent a year recovering from his leg injury and has been busy regaining his fitness.
In fact, earlier this year the musician opened up about the impact that his previous knee injury was having on his daily life.
After a terrifying accident onstage back in August 2021, the TV personality was forced to undergo multiple surgeries and rehab sessions on his leg and evenhad to cancel his 2022 summer tour due to the injury.
“I am gutted to have to write this message but unfortunately I’ve had to undergo major new knee surgery again this week, been trying my best to avoid having it done but the op was needed and it went well,” he said back in February.
“I’m recovering in hospital but it means I’m having to cancel all my summer shows this year whilst I focus on my rehab.
“Refunds will all be available from your point of purchase and please keep an eye out for any emails from your ticketing agent over the next few days.
“I’m so bloody sorry but my focus now is on recovering and I’ll keep you all updated on how I’m getting on! Stay cheeky catch you soon.”
