Pierce Brosnan and Keely Shaye have been married since 2021 and seem more loved-up than ever, with the Hollywood actor now sharing how they have kept the spark alive over the years.
The Mamma Mia star admitted it was due to sticking by the hardships and loving each other no matter what the change.
He told Fox News: “We like each other a lot. We love each other a lot.
“And we’ve been down the road, and we’ve seen many, many hardships as families do, as we all do.”
Pierce and Keely first met in 1994, adding that his marriage has become a “spiritual journey” with the pair loving each other even more despite their changes with ageing.

He continued: “But watching someone grow up with you and grow old with you is a very spiritual journey.
“To watch each other change … whatever it may be, the hair, the waist. But it’s the love in the heart.”
Pierce also praised Keely for being the ever-supportive partner and allowing him to be away from home for long periods of time filming.

He added: “She allows me to go out into the wild blue yonder and do what I do as a man, as an actor, [she] always has.
“Keely is a journalist, a reporter. She’s an artist in her own right. And as a woman, she has made a family for our sons.”
Pierce has even started getting into art himself and launched his first solo exhibition, called So Many Dreams at Art Basel in Miami.
He told Fox News: “At this point in our life with the art, it’s exhilarating.
“I’ve always been a painter, an artist at heart. So it’s a work in progress, just like the acting. You just … keep showing up, and you refine yourself and you refine the work and the message you want to tell the people.”
Pierce and Keely share two sons: Dylan, 26, and Paris, 22.
