Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis' New School Has Archery, a Golf Course, and Costs a Fortune

Prince William and Kate Middleton are moving from Anmer Hall to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, which means their kids—Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis—are all enrolling in a brand new school.

The couple confirmed that their children will be attending attending Lambrook School in a statement via their spokesperson, who said “Their Royal Highnesses are hugely grateful to Thomas’s Battersea where George and Charlotte have had a happy start to their education since 2017 and 2019 respectively and are pleased to have found a school for all three of their children which shares a similar ethos and values.”

And lemme tell you, those values are fancy. People reports that Lambrook school sits on 52 acres in the country, has an indoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, horse riding, fencing, polo, and even scuba diving. The school also has bee hives, chickens, courses in filmmaking and animation, and even cooking lessons.

So, how much does a school this idyllic cost? A lot. The Sun reports that Prince George’s Year 5 fees will be £20,997 annually, while Charlotte’s Year 3 fees will be another £19,464. Meanwhile, Prince Louis’ place at the school will be £13,167. Guess it’s worth it for *checks notes* synchronized swimming lessons, “medieval days,” and archery! (And, presumably, good academics).

Anyway, expect William and Kate to be super involved in George, Charlotte, and Louis’ future at the school, because a palace source tells The Sun that “The decision to move to Windsor was always about putting the children first. Both William and Catherine are very keen to do the school run.”

P.S.: in addition to their new home at Adelaide Cottage, Kate and Wills still have their country home, Anmer Hall, as well as an “apartment” (read: fancy mansion) at Kensington Palace.
