Priscilla Presley ‘locked out of Graceland’ claims denied – amid legal battle

Priscilla Presley has reportedly not been temporarily locked out of Graceland by her granddaughter Riley Keough, as estate officials have denied the claims despite the family feud rumbling on in the wake of Lisa Marie Presley's death.

The relatives remain in a legal battle over the details of Lisa Marie's will after Priscilla contested it when her daughter sadly died from a heart attack in January at the age of 54.

Only weeks later, a family feud erupted when Priscilla realised the management of Elvis Presley's Graceland estate had been changed as per Lisa Marie's will.

Up until the singer's death, 77 year old Priscilla had been a trust manager along with Lisa Marie's former business manager Barry Siegel.

The late star's will had been changed in 2016 to make an amendment, and upon realising this, Priscilla filed a petition questioning the "authenticity and validity" of it.

According to a source, Daisy Jones and the Six actress Riley, 33, had "changed the locks on the upstairs doors and archives" during a visit to Memphis, Tennessee.

Before Lisa Marie's death, she, Priscilla and Angie Marchese had been the only three people with the keys according to RadarOnline.

A Graceland representative has now reportedly told The Mirror that “these reports are entirely untrue" as they hit back at the claims.

OK! has contacted representatives for both Priscilla and Riley for comment.

Riley and her grandmother are yet to comment publicly on the legal dispute, which is dealing with Lisa Marie's $35million assets.

According to other reports, the duo are also "barely speaking".

The amendment to Lisa Marie's will in 2016 detailed that upon her death, her eldest children Riley and Benjamin would become the sole trust managers, and Priscilla and Barry had been removed.

As a result of Benjamin's death in 2020 at the age of 27, Riley is now the sole executor of the will, which Priscilla has contested.

The star's lawyers have argued that the amendment document misspelled Priscilla's name and has an "unusual" signature.

They also argued in the filing made to the Los Angeles Superior Court that Priscilla only became aware of the "purported 2016 amendment" after her daughter died.

The devastating loss of Lisa Marie came after the singer and Elvis's only daughter had appeared at the Golden Globe Awards with her mother to support Austin Butler, who played the King of Rock 'n' Roll in the Baz Luhrmann biopic Elvis.

At the time, Austin gave an emotional speech thanking Priscilla and Lisa Marie for all their help and support during his time in the role, and he explained how close he had gotten to the family during filming.

Sadly, Lisa Marie died only two days after she attended the ceremony.
