Priyanka Chopra, 40, beamed at this year’s Met Gala as she modelled a black strapless gown with a thigh-high slit by Valentino and a tufted cape that was attached to her white opera gloves.
However, the real highlight of her look was her Bulgari necklace that featured the Laguna Blu diamond.
The largest Bulgari blue diamond up for sale is an 11-carat Fancy Vivid gem.
Sotheby’s is set to hold an auction later this month for the priceless jewellery, which has an appraised worth of more than $25 million.
The astonishing diamond is “one of the rarest in the planet”, according to Bollywood Hungama.
Alongside Priyanka last night was her husband, singer Nick Jonas, 30, who looked dapper in a leather blazer, white shirt, black trousers, and a black tie held with a winding clip.
The couple share daughter Malti Marie and have been open about their parenting struggles while jet-setting across the world on separate tours.
They surprised their fans last year when they announced they had welcomed their daughter through a surrogate, which originally garnered some unexpected backlash.
However, this was soon followed by news that the baby spent the first 110 days of her life in the NICU after she was born 12 weeks premature.
In May it will officially be one full year since the baby girl was given the all-clear, and as her mum graces the digital cover of Elle, she opened up on how Malti “can get away with anything”.

The Quantico star revealed Malti’s time in the NICU was a “rollercoaster” and had a big influence on her parents as they were “so close to losing her so many times”.
When Matli was first allowed to go home, Priyanka would often put her ear on the baby’s chest just to make sure she was breathing and her anxieties quickly translated into difficulty maintaining discipline as Malti headed towards the terrible twos.
The former Miss World shared: “I want her to be the happiest. She’s got me wrapped around her finger.
“I don’t even know how I’ll ever discipline her because I just don’t have it in me. Every time she smiles, it lights up my world, and that’s all I want to do.”
