According to a new report, Christina Evangeline is in a romantic relationship with Chris, a former ‘SNL’ co-star of Kenan, who filed for divorce from Christina earlier this year.

AceShowbizKenan Thompson‘s estranged wife Christina Evangeline is happily in a romantic relationship. Just a few months after the “Saturday Night Live” star filed for divorce from her, it is reported that Christina is dating Chris Redd, who is Kenan’s former co-star on the NBC show.

TMZ claimed that Christina and Chris “became official within the past year, and there was no overlap or cheating when it happened.” The news outlet shared that even though Kenan filed his papers in May, the couple had been separated for a few years.

“We’re told Kenan’s aware of his ex’s romance with Chris and has no hard feelings,” the site went on to note. It was further said that Kenan “has apparently moved on and is happily dating other people.”

Kenan and Christina announced their separation in April after 11 years of marriage. Sources claimed that the exes, who tied the knot in 2011 at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta, had been informally separated and co-parenting their two children for “over a year now.”

They reportedly broke up after growing apart as time went by. While he’s had upheaval in his personal life, he is keeping things steady in his professional life. Despite the departures of his co-stars Pete Davidson, Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant and Kyle Mooney, he allegedly has no plans to quit “SNL” any time soon.

The comedian then officially filed for divorce from his wife in May. TMZ reported at the time that he and the interior designer have already agreed to share 50/50 custody of their daughters Georgia, seven, and three-year-old Gianna.

According to the insider, the former couple is living close to one another in New York to make the custody arrangements easier for everyone, and things have been amicable between them as they are keen to put the kids first.
