Samuel L Jackson surprises Scottish club-goers with appearance
Samuel L Jackson, 74, delighted locals with his unlikely night out at a party where he made a surprise appearance at Bongo’s Bingo in Glasgow on Saturday night.
The Hollywood star beamed as he also filmed the show on his phone and looked like he was having a great time from the side of the stage, in Twitter videos.
According to Deadline, the Hollywood star is in Glasgow filming a new thriller called Damaged.
The new drama will follow a detective who travels to the country from Chicago after a series of murders similar to others he has investigated happen overseas.
After the fun was over Samuel made sure to pose for pictures and selfies with partygoers.
Many Twitter users rushed to the micro-blogging site to comment on the actor’s unusual Glasgow appearance.
Miss_Scouts said: “Samuel L Jackson in Bongos Bingo last night. Now there is a sentence I never thought I would type.”
Rhi_annan added: “Samuel L Jackson being at bongos bingo on April Fool’s day is the hardest the simulation has been simulating in a while.”
SeanMcdonalds01 commented: “I need stability, not Samuel L Jackson at SWG3 and cutting about with a Rangers top.”
The Pulp Fiction star has been seen in other areas of Scotland including attending a Rangers game where he signed a top to be auctioned for charity.

Samuel is married to LaTanya Richardson and has been for 42 years, having both met when they were in college back in 1970.
They eventually tied the knot in 1980 and have one child – 40-year-old freelance film and television producer Zoe Jackson.
Last year Samuel credited his wife with helping him overcome his previous drug addiction.
He told PEOPLE last year that his wife had found him “passed out on the floor in the house”, with her calling a professional for help.
Samuel said: “She could have just said, you know, get out, whatever and just left me into the world, let me go and be whatever I was going to be.”
LaTanya admitted that she “felt like” leaving him during that difficult time but felt as if it was her religious duty to stay and help.
She then remarked that she felt as if she owed it to a higher power to seek help for her troubled husband.
LaTanya continued: “I felt as though God had spoken to me and said, ‘Now, you can’t leave this young man like this. So give him some help and feel like even afterwards, we’ll talk about it’.”
After overcoming his substance abuse issues, the actor went on to become the highest-grossing actor of all time, with his films having collectively earned over $27 billion.
His greatest credits include 1994’s Pulp Fiction, 2012’s Django Unchained and 2005’s Coach Carter to name a few.
