Scheana Shay Determined To 'Prove' Raquel Leviss 'Lied' About Alleged Assault During Restraining Order Hearing!

Raquel Leviss and Scheana Shay are headed to court!

While the Vanderpump Rules cast has been busy dealing with Scandoval, Raquel and Scheana have been pitted against each other amid allegations the latter physically attacked and injured the 28-year-old after learning about her affair with Tom Sandoval. The SUR waitress quickly obtained a temporary restraining order, making it impossible for the embattled co-stars to film the show’s reunion together last week.

Luckily, those at Bravo figured out a solution to include them both, but things were still pretty dramatic. At one point during the reunion, Raquel had Andy Cohen “serve” Scheana with “a document” that had “no legal meaning,” Neama Rahmani, an attorney for Shay, told Page Six. Then Raquel said she was dropping the restraining order to save Scheana from more “agony and stress” — this only AFTER the reunion had been filmed, making many believe it was all just a “PR stunt.” Seems like her comments were a stunt, at the very least, because Raquel legally COULDN’T just dismiss the restraining order like she claimed!

Now, the duo is headed to court to hash this all out, and the Scheananigans podcast host is coming in HOT!

Shay’s lawyer told Page Six on Tuesday that his client plans to “prove” the younger woman “lied” about their alleged physical altercation in a court hearing on Wednesday — AKA today! Referring to the former pageant queen via her legal name and not her stage name, the attorney shared:

“We plan to show up in court tomorrow to prove these allegations are false and that Rachel lied about the entire thing.”

The legal professional made sure to insist his team will be there to “vigorously defend” the reality star against these supposedly false claims. If Raquel — or should we say Rachel? — decides to pursue the case further, they’ll request more time to prepare, Neama explained:

“If they want to move forward with this tomorrow, we’re going to need to request a continuance in order to get our witnesses lined up, but we feel very confident that we will prevail in this case.”

Despite the Bravolebrity’s public claims she was dropping the restraining order, Rahmani said he “confirmed” the hearing is still on the court’s calendar so Scheana and her team “must show up in order to resolve the matter or to seek the continuance to fight these scurrilous accusations and win.” “And win”! Hah! He’s confident AF!

As mentioned, Raquel requested and obtained the restraining order shortly after the alleged attack earlier this month. The 37-year-old has denied the claims with her camp blasting Leviss as a “liar and a cheat” who allegedly fabricated her injury, the former federal prosecutor continued:

“Scheana never punched Rachel, period. The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months.”

Sounds like it’s going to be a nasty standoff between Scheana and Raquel in court later today!! Stay tuned for updates! In the meantime, do you think Raquel will really drop the case once in front of a judge or continue to fight!? Let us know your predictions (below)!
