The event, which kicks off London Fashion Week, was held at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and attended by the likes of Victoria Beckham, Kate Winslet and Emilia Clarke.

The Alfie actress, who is expected her second child – her first with partner Oli Green, 26 – wore black court heels with opaque tights and accessorised with dramatic gold earrings.
