Sexuality declaration
Amid rumors pertaining to her sexuality, “Sister Wives” star Meri Brown is making one thing clear: she’s straight. The reality TV star recently recorded an Instagram Live video and spoke of speculation about her romantic life. “I am straight,” she said, noting that living in the public sphere can often lead to untrue assertions. “Listen, it does not matter who I take a picture with and post it,” she said. “I’m either dating this guy or dating this girl, because people can’t seem to think that I can be friends — completely platonic friends — with females or males. It doesn’t matter.” A fan soon wondered why the former plural wife felt the need to bring up the topic. “It’s a common topic of conversation on whether or not I’m going to come out or not. And I’m coming out as being straight, so there you go,” she replied. In December, Meri confirmed she split with Kody Brown after 32 years of marriage. The two share 26-year-old Leon, who came out as transgender last summer.

Social media move
Kelsea Ballerini is not interested in her ex’s comings and goings. The country music superstar has stopped following ex-husband Morgan Evans on Instagram, Us Weekly reports. Morgan, however, still follows Kelsea. The social media move comes just a week after the “Peter Pan” singer confirmed her new romance with “Outer Banks” actor Chase Stokes. “I slid into his DMs,” she said on the Call Her Daddy podcast. In the chat, Kelsea detailed why she isn’t worried about how Morgan feels about the new romance. “I’m not married to him anymore and I don’t need to care about his feelings anymore,” she said. “I mean that will all the respect in the world, but his journey is not mine.” After the podcast aired, reports claimed that Kelsea had an affair in 2019 with Chainsmokers member Drew Taggart.

Family decision imminent
Having shown little-to-no progress since suffering a brain aneurysm, Tom Sizemore’s days are numbered. According to TMZ, the “Saving Private Ryan” star’s family is going to have to make and end-of-life decision imminently. Tom suffered a brain aneurysm as result of a stroke on Feb. 18. Since then, he’s remained in critical care, in a coma and in the ICU at a Los Angeles hospital. Doctors have consulted with Tom’s family and laid out an end-of-life plan, TMZ says. “We are asking for privacy for his family during this difficult time and they wish to thank the hundreds of messages of prayers and support that have been received. This has been a difficult time for them,” Charles Lago, Tom’s manger, told the website.

Tumor removed, feeling good
Khloe Kardashian had a tumor removed from her moneymaker, but she’s doing just fine. The reality TV star recently posted an Instagram selfie during a workout, but a few fans noticed a bandage on her face. After one person asked her to address the bandage, Khloe detailed that it’s actually a “a scar strip.” She told another fan, “I had a tumor removed from my face but I’m totally OK. Thank you for asking.” Back in October 2022, the mother-of-two first revealed that she had the standard procedure. It’s been over four months since then and everything is going according to plan. The bandage, she said on Feb. 26, is for “healing and the prevention of my scar getting worse.”
Friends forever
Together again! As Courteney Cox received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday, Feb. 27, a few familiar faces were by her side: “Friends” costars Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow. During a joint speech, the women joked about their famed sitcom characters and spoke of their 30-year friendship. “She instilled into all of us, into our DNA, to support each other and to love one another … not compete with one another,” Jennifer said of Courteney. Jen then joked that Courteney and her neat freak Monica Geller character share some similarities. “Her attention to detail. OK. It’s very intense,” Jennifer said. “You really want to hope that you don’t have any kind of like a stain or a spot on a wall or that a pillow is out of place or a hair or something that needs to be plucked… I’m just saying, thank God this star is straight.” There’s nothing like seeing some of our favorite friends reunited.
Dealing with the digit
Travis Barker is set to undergo surgery on his injured finger. The Blink-182 drummer shared images of his grotesque injury to Instagram this week. “I mean, yeah, it’s painful,” he told a doctor who massaged his finger. In his caption, Travis informed his fans that he will have surgery on Tuesday, Feb. 28. Kourtney Kardashian, Travis’ wife, commented with multiple praying hands emojis. In early February, the rocker injured his finger during band rehearsals, telling fans he dislocated his digit and tore ligaments. A week later, he revealed that he hurt the same finger again.
Bedridden details
Just after wrapping his award-winning performance in “Elvis,” Austin Butler headed to the hospital. The actor told People magazine he was bedridden for a week after playing the King of Rock ‘n Roll. “I had a week of downtime, where I actually ended up in the hospital,” Austin said. “I didn’t get sick the entire time I filmed [‘Elvis’] but the day I finished, I ended up in the emergency room.” But, you can’t keep a good man down. “I spent a week in bed and then I went to this other job,” the actor said. Austin has previously spoke about his post-“Elvis” health issue, as he once told GQ that his body started “shutting down” in the final days of production. It was determined that Austin had a virus that simulates appendicitis.
