Geordie Shore's Sophie Kasaei has shown off the results of her new breast reduction, years after having failed plastic surgery that "nearly killed" her.
Unveiling her new figure in a blue sparkly bikini during a holiday to Ibiza, the 32 year old spoke openly about her breast reduction surgery taking her from an E cup to a C cup, as she credited her surgeon as "one of the best she's known".
She wrote: "Appreciation to one of the best surgeons I have known @dr.serkanbalta for making me feel so confident this summer. Having a breast reduction was not an easy decision or recovery but I am so glad I did it.
"No more back or shoulder pain and no more boob tape. If you are ever considering a breast reduction please make sure you do your research. This kind of procedure is not for the faint hearted. But the feeling I have now is worth it."
She said that her breasts had long caused her discomfort, writing: "All breasts and bodies are beautiful but this was my own personal decision after years of thought and suffering with severe pain in my kneck shoulders and back. I went from a size E to a small C."
Along with breast reduction surgery, Sophie also underwent a reverse tummy tuck and corrective work to a failed Brazilian Bum Lift (BBL) procedure that she had in her twenties, which she said nearly killed her.
She started to feel the pressure to look a certain way when she started Geordie shore in 2001 when she was just 20, having a boob job to take her breasts to a DD cupsize.
Sophie has said she and her fellow Geordie Shore cast members wanted to look like Kim Kardashian and were inundated with offers of free surgery. She admitted didn't research the right surgeons before going ahead with the BBL procedure a few years later.
She told Closer magazine that: "I’d get messages on social media from surgeons in Turkey, who would offer me free work, and it was exciting. They’d tell me my body would look amazing afterwards and that I was a great candidate. I thought, 'Wait, someone’s offering to make me look f–king amazing? Absolutely, yeah!'"
Sophie then revealed she had a near-death experience when she developed an abscess following surgery in Turkey.
She said she "stood up and there was blood everywhere" and that after being hospitalised she "thought I was going to die".
