Stacey Solomon has hit back at a troll who accused her of “not keeping it real” after she posted a ‘Spend a Morning With Me’ video that included her fitness routine.
During the clip, she explained it was 5am and she was going to the home gym in her garage to run on the treadmill “like I was being chased by the police.”
However, she joked that she wouldn’t normally go at that pace and only did so because she knew she was filming and “wanted to look fitter than I actually am.”
But one follower was unimpressed with Stacey's post and accused her of not being “real.”
“I’m presuming your going to do a keep fit video. I thought you keep it real?," the disgruntled follower wrote.
Stacey was quick to hit back at the troll and penned a stern reply back. “You presume wrong Linda. I just want to be strong. I deserve that!, she wrote.
Underneath the exchange, fans defended Stacey with one joking: “ohh come on stace dont be a spoil sport we all want that fitness DVD” with a winking face emoji.
Another penned: “sorry what’s the problem if she does do an exercise video? I’m confused”
A third wrote: “can’t she work out and do something for herself with u jumping to conclusions”
Stacey’s husband Joe Swash recently opened up about the “losing battle’ he's having with her over having more children.
In an interview with Closer Magazine, the former EastEnders star said: "We love our family unit and all our kids . But we’ve got to put a cap in it somewhere. I think six is a good number. I think the snip could be on the cards."
He continued by saying that she keeps telling him that a vasectomy is reversible which is “a big hint.”
"I’m trying to fight it, but it’s a losing battle – Stacey keeps telling me it’s reversible, and that’s a big hint!"
The pair share three children together, Rex, four, Rose, one, and Belle, who was born in February.
Stacey has Zach, 15, and Leighton, 10, from previous relationships.
Joe, 41, has a son, Harry, who is 15, with a past partner.
The couple met while appearing on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’s spinoff and began dating in 2015.
