Loose Women'sStacey Solomon has admitted to being "addicted" to the gym, as she impressed fans with her latest training video. In recent months Stacey has been working out in her home gym in a bid to get fitter.
The 33 year old has been updating her followers on Instagram with her progress as well as providing general life updates. But in recent weeks Stacey has been up and down the country filming for Sort Your Life Out, meaning her gym updates have been less frequent.
But on Monday evening Stacey finally got around to updating her followers before she jetted off to Scotland for yet more filming. Stacey was in the gym with her older sister and her youngest son Rex.
On her Instagram stories, Stacey wrote: "Lots of you asking for gym updates… I've been going almost every day.

"At this point, I'm a little addicted. I don't want to stop and lose how hard I've worked!
"I squeeze it in WHENEVER I can and I finally plucked up the courage to ask my biggest sister to help me! She's an actual trainer and it may sound silly because she's my sister and bloody lovely, but I didn't want to ask her until I'd got myself to a point where I felt stronger."
Stacey went on to heap the praise on her sister. Stacey told her followers: "She's been amazing, I'll get her on my stories to say hi next time she's here."
At the top of her video, Stacey had written the words 'gym time' before saying: "with the best cheerleader ever" with a crying emoji. The mum of five was referring to Rex who could be heard shouting support for his mum as she worked out.
Rex, four, could be heard shouting: "Come on mummy I love you." That was before Rex ran up to his mum as she picked him up for a huge cuddle when she finished her workout.
Stacey looked incredible in the video as she wore a pair of green jogging bottoms with a matching green bra top. Her long ginger hair was tied up in a bun making sure it was out of her face.
It wasn't just the workout that grabbed her follower's attention, as they were left baffled by Stacey mentioning an older sister. Fans are only used to Stacey mentioning her older sister Jemma and her younger brother Matthew.
However, Stacey revealed in another post on her Instagram that there are actually seven of them. She explained that she has one step-sister, two step-brothers and a half-brother as well as Jemma and Matthew.
