Stacey Solomon shares insight into homeymoon after fairytale wedding to Joe Swash

Stacey Solomon has revealed she and Joe Swash have decided to spend their honeymoon at their £1.2million Pickle Cottage home.

The 32 year old Loose Women panellist and her TV presenter husband, 40, tied the knot in the garden of their 2.5 acre land late last month, with their nearest and dearest all sharing their special day with them.

Since then, the mum-of-four has been sharing gorgeous photos and videos from the intimate day at home.

Now, Stacey has given some insight into her honeymoon with Joe, explaining that they'll be spending time at home to take advantage of the kids being out of school for summer.

Sharing a short clip of her son high up in the trees, she wrote: "Making the most of every second of the summer we have off with the pickles…

"This is our honeymoon. We are calling it a "homeymoon because we just wanted to spend time at home with all the kids all summer."

She added: "We're always one in one out and all over the place. So this time at home is just all we could have dreamed of," with a smiling emoji.

Stacey is mum to Zachary, 14, with ex Dean Cox, Leighton, 10, with ex Aaron Barham, as well as son Rex, three, and daughter Rose, 10 months, with her husband Joe – who is also dad to son Harry, 15, who he shares with ex Emma Sophocleous.

Amid her social media updates on her wedding day, Stacey recently shared a sweet clip of Joe watching her sons' speeches from the big day.

Stacey explained how they were in tears over watching the speeches back on a laptop in their sprawling garden as she wrote: "We are watching the boys’ speeches back and actually sobbing.

“Our poor videographer @galaxyvideolondon has just had to stare at our spotty red faces for the last five hours.”

A second video featured her talented wedding singers, who were seen practising on the morning of the ceremony as the final decorations were being set up.

Stacey, who recently shared a video of her emotional first dance with Joe, wrote alongside it: “This was the morning of our wedding while I was in my bedroom getting ready (this is right down the other end of the garden).

“One of my oldest friends James, who used to DJ at the bar I worked at, had to learn the piano accompaniment in one week so that Kara could sing.”

The newlywed added: “This was the first time they’ve ever met and the only time they got to practice. I can’t believe how amazing people are and I had no idea this is happening.”
