Strictly: Ranvir Singh advised on her jive by Ian Waite
Former Strictly Come Dancing professional Ian Waite has shown off his incredible body transformation.
The dancer, who appeared in the BBC One show for seven series, took to social media to show off his brand-new body in before and after snaps yesterday.
The 52-year-old shared the side-by-side pictures on X and wrote: “I guess you can turn 50 and still improve your body! #itsnevertoolate.
“First picture taken in January 2021 versus September 2023.”
In the second picture, Ian could be seen with a more defined, muscular body that showed off his six-pack abs.

Ian also shared the same snaps on his Instagram page and gushed: “Wow! I can’t believe the transformation.”
The professional Ballroom and Latin American star also took the time to thank his personal trainer for helping him along the way.
He continued: “Thank you @tobymcfadden_ for helping me achieve my goals lots more still to do but very happy with this!”
Ian’s followers took to the comments section to commend him on all of his hard work with his transformation.

Ian became a household name thanks to his seven years on Strictly and was paired with a number of celebrity contestants including presenter Zoe Ball, singer Mica Paris and athlete Denise Lewis.
Following his departure from the hit show in 2010, he made regular appearances on the companion show It Takes Two, where he would critique each of the couple’s performances.
Ian is now appearing on the Australian version of Dancing With The Stars as well as doing a UK tour with fellow former Strictly professional Vincent Simone.
The pair are touring the country with their brand new show The Magic Of Dance.
