Take That perform at BST Hyde Park

Take That were one of the biggest boybands of the 90’s – and now they appear to be back for good as all three members reunited for an Instagram snap.

The picture, which featured Gary, 52, Mark, 51, and Howard, 55, standing in front of a stained glass window, was posted to 474,000 followers of the official Take That Instagram account as well as to the band members’ individual Insta pages.

The trio could be seen smiling as the image was captioned: “Look whose here #reunited.”

The candid snap has sent fans into a complete meltdown over speculation that the boys are working on their ninth studio album.

If the rumours are true then this will be the band’s ninth studio album.

It will also be their first music release in six years, as their last album Wonderland was released in 2018.

However, the band have made several high-profile performances in recent years, including at the Kings Coronation concert and more recently headlining at BST Hyde Park.

Mark Owen has also just reunited with former Take That member Robbie Williams for a series of performances at Sandringham House in Norfolk last weekend. Mark opened for Robbie, 49, in front of a sell out crowd of 20,000 fans.

But fans were thrilled when Robbie asked Mark to join him on stage to sing a medley of Take That tunes, including Greatest Day.

The band, which was originally formed in 1992, started out as a five-piece including Robbie Williams and Jason Orange.

They split in 1996, a year after Robbie Williams announced he was quitting.

Following an ITV documentary Take That For The Record, the band got back together as a four-piece in 2006, and whilst Robbie Williams briefly reunited with the band in 2010, hearts were once again broken when Jason Orange announced he was leaving showbiz behind and left the band in 2014 leaving the once five-piece group to perform as a trio.
