Fans of This Morning were cracking up during Monday morning's show, 28 August, as guest presenter Andi Peters had a question for his co-host Rochelle Humes.
Referencing her rise to fame in pop girl band The Saturdays, Andi, who has been stepping in to host the show over recent weeks, appeared not to realise that the band had released any albums – despite their seven-year run and huge discography.
As Rochelle clarified that the band, which also included Una Healy, Mollie King, Frankie Bridge and Vanessa White, did create multiple albums, Andi was still shocked and questioned if they were real albums.
Turning to the former singer during the segment, Andi began: "When you were in The Saturdays, did you ever do a song about Mondays?"
"No, I feel like this is a test and there's probably something in there we have done, but no we didn't," she clarified. This prompted Andi to ask what the band did do, continuing: "Did you do albums and stuff?"
A shocked Rochelle began to laugh as she replied with a simple "yeah", before her co-host appeared shocked, asking: "Did you?"
"Yes, we did," assured Rochelle, who was cracking up. Andi admitted: "Oh, I didn't know… like, album, albums? Like… with 12 songs?"
As the singer assured this was the case, Andi appeared to put more salt in the wound and admit that he remembers the album by her husband Marvin.
"Did you really? I know JLS did but…", said Andi. As Rochelle quipped back: "Oh charming! No, we did albums, yes. I think we had three, or four."
It's not the first time that Andi has made jokes about Rochelle's former band either, with the TV star joking that another band was 'better' than The Saturdays while presenting the show last summer
The joke appeared to go down well with fans, who took to X, the app previously known as Twitter, to share their admiration for the hots. One wrote: "Loving Andi Peters and Rochelle Humes presenting together today on @thismorning What a brilliant team."
The Saturdays are known for songs such as Up, Ego and Higher – even rising to number one in 2012 with their hit What About Us, which featured Sean Paul.
Far away from her days in the recording studio, Rochelle's This Morning gig comes as she has recently returned home after a trip to Portugal with her husband Marvin and their three children.
The family of five appeared to be loving life in the sunshine as Rochelle shared a number of snaps with her followers on Instagram.
