Tommy Fury prepares to fight Jake Paul after he ruined Molly-Mae’s pregnancy announcement

Molly-Mae Hague will be flying solo as a parent for the rest of the month as partner Tommy Fury takes care of business inside the boxing ring.

Scheduled for Sunday February 26 in Saudi Arabia's capital city of Riyadh, after several delays, the Love Islander is about to finally face bitter rival Jake Paul – the YouTuber who's been knocking out professional fighters for fun since his debut in 2020.

This promises to be a scintillating contest as of course Tommy, 23, is also undefeated since beginning his journey in the sport.

Over on Instagram Stories, 23 year old Molly-Mae and their baby girl Bambi bid goodbye to their hero ahead of his flight to the Middle East; "And he's off to go and get that win. We will miss you dada… So beyond proud of you," read one photo's caption.

There's extra needle in this one after Jake, 26, preemptively announced the arrival of Bambi last month just to taunt his future opponent.

"Tommy has no excuses now…Baby's born. Money's massive. Immigration no issue," tweeted the American. "Tyson [Fury] promises he & Papa will make Tommy retire from boxing & change his last name if he can't beat the YouTuber.

"Tmw I'm coming to London to look at all 3 Fury's in the eye & shake on that promise."

Reacting on Talk TV, Tommy told presenter Piers Morgan: "It comes with the entertainment business, that's what we're in, and me and Jake Paul are great dance partners, and I've enjoyed the build up so far, it's going to get a lot more heated, and I can't wait.

"Social media can't save Jake Paul, his mouth can't save him, it comes down to fighting."

These stern words were echoed in a statement ahead of their fight, too, with the star warning Jake that his boxing career would come to an end come February 26.

"Every time I go out right now, everybody asks me about the Jake Paul fight. After this fight is done, everybody will be asking me how it felt to knock Jake Paul out. The world is about to see what happens when a proper boxer faces a YouTuber," shared Tommy.

"The way I see this fight, it's as though I'm cruising down route 66 on my way to fighting for titles and belts and I need to stop off for a bit of fuel, get the job done and then we're back on the road. "It won't be a long fight," he went on to promise.

"I have been training hard and have the best team around me, Jake Paul makes a lot of noise outside the ring but the only sound we are going to hear in the ring is him hitting the canvas."
