And not only are shoppers are saying it’s a great place to find bargain food items, they also say the products will help to shed the pounds of the hips as well.
Jodie Moon claims she lost around three stone with the help of Aldi food products.
Aldi have an entire protein range which include granola pots and protein puddings.
Jodie, who goes by the name of jodiemoon47 on TikTok, shared a before and after picture of herself to her 33k followers.

She then filmed the foods in Aldi which helped her to shed the pounds.
In the video, she wrote: “Aldi is great for weight loss protein goals that helped me lose three stone.”
The food included; Snackin chicken 17g protein, 25 g protein yoghourt fat free peach and passion fruit, 20g protein per pot chocolate pudding, 25g protein per pot raspberry yoghurt,
70 per cent less fat high protein British mature cheese, Piątnica Skyr Drinking Yogurt Vanilla 350g, Brooklea seeded granola 22 g protein per pot and Wheat Bisks protein.
