Queen Rania is known for her stunning looks, beautiful clothes, and for becoming one of the world’s youngest queens at age just 28. Now 51, the Kuwait-born royal has four children, and two of them are engaged.
After announcing the engagement of her daughter, Princess Iman bint Abdullah II, Queen Rania has just revealed the engagement of her eldest son, Hussein.
Taking to Instagram to announce the news yesterday, August 17, Rania wrote: “I didn’t think it was possible to hold so much joy in my heart!
“Congratulations to my eldest Prince Hussein and his beautiful bride-to-be, Rajwa.”
Rajwa Khaled bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif is the youngest of four siblings and born to businessman Khalid Al Saif and his wife, Azza Al Sudairi.
Born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Rajwa moved to New York City to complete her higher education at the College of Architecture at Syracuse University.
The Jordan Palace announced the engagement of Hussein and Rajwa yesterday, with the engagement itself taking place at the bride-to-be’s home in Riyadh.
Both families were in attendance, and pictures of the day were posted to social media.
In the photos, shared by the Palace and Queen Rania, it is clear to see Rajwa’s beautiful engagement ring.

It is a distinctively-shaped ring – almost pear-shaped.
The pear-shaped stone is a huge diamond and sits at the centre of a silver band.
In the pictures, Rajwa is donning an olive dress underneath a white, three-quarter-sleeved open tunic-style dress embellished with gold leaves.
A gold belt cinches the tunic in at the waist.
Meanwhile, Hussein is wearing a black suit and navy-blue tie.
Queen Rania also looks ravishing in the images, donning a black, long-sleeved dress with a high neck.
Royal fans were quick to comment on the social media posts, congratulating the new couple.
Instagram user @emanrweished said: “So much love for all of you. Congratulations to the beautiful couple! InshAllah a lifetime of happiness and love.”
